Our returns policy comes with guarantees which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Due to the nature of the product that we sell, we do not offer a refund for change of mind. Please consider carefully before making a purchase. If your item is faulty or not as described on arrival, it may be eligible for a refund.
